Alternative dispute resolution is a service offered by Chambers to assist parties to resolve their disputes out of the courtroom.
Litigation and the court process has financial, practical and emotional consequences. With that in mind, it is sensible to consider whether your dispute can be resolved via alternative dispute resolution as early as possible.
We understand that as a result of Covid-19, there have been many difficulties to parties reaching a swift resolution through the court process. Given the backlog of cases in the Court system there is encouragement, perhaps now more than ever, to explore alternative dispute resolution.
Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, we continue to be committed to meeting our client’s needs effectively. Our conference rooms within Chambers provide a comfortable environment to facilitate our clients being able to effectively engage in alternative dispute resolution. Chambers has a commercial video-conferencing service and screen system to assist with dispute resolution in a modern way, as well as to assist with remote hearings.
