EY - (EWCA) Civ 1241

Amy Stout represented the Respondent Father in the Court of Appeal, which provides helpful guidance on the approach to expert assessments in care proceedings and the quasi-inquisitorial nature of care proceedings.

 

 

K (Children) (Powers of the Family Court) - [2024] EWCA Civ 2

Ben Birtchnell appeared in the Court of Appeal, instructed by the Respondent Mother by way of direct access, and has been praised for his "strong submissions" 

 

 

New tenants

At the tail end of 2023 we were delighted to welcome two new tenants to our family, Shazia Haider-Shah and Georgia Fineberg (on successful completion of her Pupillage).

 

Also, very happy to have Jessica Brindle, Amy Stout & Ruth Hitschmann returning after maternity leave
