Emily Beer and Amy Stout appear in the Supreme Court

Emily Beer and Amy Stout are acting on behalf of the Second Appellant in the Supreme Court case of Re H-W on 22nd March, which should provide important guidance on the role that an appellate court should play in conducting its own proportionality exercise on appeals of decisions made in care proceedings. 

Emily and Amy are instructed by Sian Churchill of Crane & Staples and will be led by Will Tyler QC.
