Congratulations Peter Wilkinson on your appointment

We are delighted to announce that Peter Wilkinson has been appointed a Fee-Paid (part-time) Judge of the Employment Tribunal and a Fee-Paid (part-time) Judge of the First Tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber). This is a richly deserved appointment and we are all very proud of him. 
 
Peter was called to the Bar in 2003. He continues to accept instructions and will remain in practice. 
 
Peter’s practice encompasses all areas of matrimonial finance, cohabitation issues and  Schedule 1 Children Act claims, while developing a niche practice in complex high net-worth cases involving company and trust based assets.  He is popular with solicitors and clients alike for his client-focussed approach and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
 
Peter joins Matthew Hellens (Recorder) and Suki Johal (Deputy District Judge) in Chambers who have also been appointed to the Judiciary.
