Victoria Teggin and Amy Stout successful in Court of Appeal

Victoria Teggin and Amy Stout were instructed by the Appellate Mother to appeal findings made against her that she could have caused a non-accidental injury to her child. The Court of Appeal allowed the appeal on the basis that the Judge had not adequately expressed her reasoning.
