New Tools and Powers in Parts 1 to 6 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and policing Act 2014
Brendan Mullee, a very experienced member of our Housing Team presented a series of very well received training sessions over 3 days (9, 10 & 11 September) at the invitation of and in conjunction with the Chair of Basildon Community Safety Partnership and Basildon Borough Council at the Towngate Theatre in Basildon.
Amongst the numerous delegates attending were representatives from Essex Police, Basildon Borough Council, Brentwood Council, CHP, Harlow Council, Rochford Council, Moat Homes, Chelmsford City Council, Greenfields Community Housing, NACRO, Family Mosaic, Castle Point Borough Council, Flagship Housing, Braintree Borough Council, Swan Housing, London and QuadrantrGenesis Housing, Home Group, Tendring District Council, Uttlesford District Council and Estuary Housing Association.
It was generally agreed that the new powers and tools which will shortly be available to a multitude of agencies will be of considerable assistance in addressing issues relating to all aspects of anti-social behaviour throughout the geographical area represented by the delegates attending.
If you are interesting in benefiting from these training seminars please contact James Doble or Peter Adkins.
