Ayesha Hasan was led by Allison Munroe KC successfully represented the mother in the recent decision following a 10 day factfinding hearing before HHJ Robertson at the CFC

The court was asked to consider who the possible perpetrator or perpetrators of the serious injuries sustained by the shaking to a 3 month- old baby. The potential perpetrators consisted of either the father or mother. Neither accepted they were the perpetrator but neither did they accuse the other. The LA sought further findings that in the event the other parent was excluded from the pool then there ought to be finding that that parent failed to protect.
