Norman specialises in all areas of family law with a particular emphasis on financial remedies on divorce. He has appeared on behalf of local authorities, guardians and parents in children's cases.

His background in corporate finance and accountancy is a particular advantage in complex financial settlements. He held positions in commerce and industry for a number of years and was a company financial controller in Tunisia, Oman and East Africa before returning to the United Kingdom.
