Clear pragmatic guidance on this complex and sensitive area of the law is provided by experienced team members dealing with an individual’s capacity to make decisions on important health, welfare and financial decisions.
There is broad depth of experience provided by the team inn deprivation of liberty proceedings which often cross over into family law matters.
We accept instructions for both court proceedings and advisory work. Member of chambers are frequently instructed on an urgent basis and can provide telephone advice and prepare applications at short notice.
