Today, Katie Williams-Howes will be speaking at the East London LFJB webinar "The New DOLs Landscape: ensuring every voice is heard in social care."
This webinar will be focussed on the proposed developments for teenagers and the law regarding the Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs) in the Family Court and Court of Protection. It will address, in particular, the recent Supreme Court decision [2026] UKSC 16 which overrules Cheshire West and will have a seismic impact upon the approach to these cases.
