Re S (Children) (2014) EWCA 135

Amy Stout appeared on 28 January 2015 in the Supreme Court in a case relating to costs in care proceedings at the appellate level, appealing the Judgment of Lady Justice Macur in Re S (Children) (2014) EWCA 135. She was led by Andrew Bainham (St Philips Chambers) and appeared on behalf of the Respondent Father.

The Access for Justice Foundation intervened on a point relating to Pro Bono Costs.??Judgment will be handed down at a later date.
