Haroon is a specialist family law barrister practising in all areas of family law, with a particular interest in care proceedings.
Haroon transferred to the Bar in 2018 following a successful career as a solicitor-advocate. He brings a client-focussed approach to his practice and is known to give straightforward and realistic advice. His calm demeanour and ability to put clients at ease in what are often very stressful situations is particularly liked by instructing solicitors.
Haroon regularly acts for parents, guardians, local authorities and intervenors in the following areas:

- Deprivation of Liberty safeguards

Prior to coming to the Bar, Haroon worked as a Capital Defence Intern for the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office (Capital Division). Haroon is currently training to become a mediator.
