Property Litigation

The property litigation practice group in Chambers undertakes a wide range of work: from commercial and residential Landlord & Tenant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. A cross section of our m embers’ work would include co-ownership disputes brought under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, contentious probate claims turning on testamentary capacity, and professional negligence claims against conveyancing solicitors.

Chambers stands out for the high quality of both its property and family lawyers. The strong co-operation between members of Chambers working in different areas allows each of our barristers to call upon the expertise of a colleague working in a separate discipline at any time when it will add value to their own case.

For further information or to enquire about one of our barristers please contact the clerks on clerks@3djb.co.uk or on 0207 353 4854.

All our barristers have formidable legal skills – which they complement with being approachable and friendly. Our team’s legal strengths, diverse backgrounds and healthy gender balance combine to offer services appreciated by our many different clients.
