Amy Stout successful in the Court of Appeal

Amy Stout, led by Will Tyler QC, has successfully appealed care and placement orders in thecase of Re F [2018] EWCA Civ 2761. The Court considered that the Judge had failed to provide sufficient reasoning to explain why a placement order was in the child's interests,in particular that the Judge had provided insufficient analysis of the risks that the Mother might pose to the child and how such risks could be mitigated.
